"completely unhappy with the level of customer service and attention to detail State Farm and Ms. Worsham's office provides. I was a life long customer of State Farm. The year I turned 18 until last month at the age of 50, I have always had State Farm and never waivered. The last few years have been a complete downhill ride from their customer service. recently I called to cancel our auto insurance which we paid almost $700 per month for 3 cars. Payment was debited from our account on the 26th of each month. I cancelled on the 7th day of the next month. Just received a $57.82 refund from the almost $700. After speaking to State Farm's national customer service (who was NO HELP), I was told I could only go to the agent for refund disputes. So the person who gets the money charged back to them for my cancellation, is the only one who can fix it. I suggest anyone who has insurance with State Farm to check around. With their complete lack of customer service, you will probably be surprised at what is available to you."
